Based in Seattle, our application centers around peer-to-peer engagement. We aim to develop our college-education system and its marketplace. Our founder and CEO, Amanuail Mekonnen, experienced first-hand the hurdles that exist today for college students that are aiming for their academic success. We acknowledge that there are multiple areas within the education system that are in need of growth and revitalizing. This is where LendMe comes in.
We are here for the students. We are here for their professors. Providing a platform that evolves their peer-to-peer engagement allows for students to receive services directly from their peers. We believe that peer-to-peer engagement can solely become the leading foundation within the college marketplace. LendMe, mitigates all concerns originating from safety, assurance, to efficiency. We are here for our students and will continue to develop our platform in a system that is long-overdue in advancing.

Amanuail Mekonnen
Founder & CEO
Our Founder and CEO, Amanuail began his journey as a recent graduate at the University of Washington. From then on, he's worked in multiple fields of law before he began his venture with LendMe. Born and raised in Seattle, WA, Amanuail plans on elevating the education sector by contesting numerous norms and creating a marketplace that's solely driven by students--the ones who need it most.
Yohannes Tsegay
Senior Executive & Technology Adviser
With multiple stops at up-and-coming tech startups, to becoming a software engineer for Microsoft, and a Senior Executive Director at eBay, Yohannes now embarks on a new journey as the Senior Technology Director for Airbnb in Seattle, WA.
John Reynolds
Senior Marketing Adviser
After years orchestrating numerous campaigns for a wide array of software production, including but not limited to Windows 98, Windows 2000, and Microsoft XP, just to name a few. John is now retired but comes on board with more than 20 years of marketing experience, assisting in marketing content, target audience strategies, and campaign structures.
Nancy Pappas-Barnhart
Senior Marketing & Personnel Adviser
Nancy comes from a background in human resources, marketing, and management. After working closely with Horizon Airlines, The Bon Mar ‘Che/Macys, and now the Highline School District, Nancy brings an abundance of experience, exceeding over 20 years.
Fred McConnel
Senior Sales & Financial Adviser
After calling San Francisco home for almost 20 years, Fred has received his fair share of experience in the tech industry for over a decade. As an executive officer for Clorox, a Johnson & Johnson Family Company, Fred's upper-level expertise will help assist LendMe, Inc. in fortifying an explicit financial plan as well as an exceptional sales model to continue our growth as a company.
Taurean Jones
Senior UX & Technology Adviser
Another adviser in tech? Why not! Taurean, a current Google UX Manager within their development teams, sharpens the user-friendly experience LendMe aims to standby thru his guidance. With close to a decade of experience, Taurean is no stranger to collecting & analyzing UX-interface data, & ensuring that a quality user experience will continue the growth of a company.
